Serving suggestions
Our salad dressings liven up any salad. Here is one of our favourite combinations using our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing.
Take a large flat dish appropriate for the number of people you are serving. Arrange on it a mixture of sliced or cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, beetroot, raw mushroom, sweet corn, grated carrot, cooked French beans and lentils de puy. Then add strips of cooked chicken breast previously marinated in Pollen Organics Spicy Sweet & Sour Dressing or some prawns or tuna fish. Scatter over the top Pollen Organics Kalamata Olives and drizzle with our Dressing. Finally, decorate with lemon wedges and plenty of parsley.
Our Honey Mustard & Dill Dressing is delicious with fish. Try it with smoked fish or with a prawn salad made of chicory, orange and watercress.
Or use to toss warm, new potatoes.
 
 
 
 
 
 

This versatile dressing is made with 100% extra virgin olive oil. Perfect as a salad dressing, it’s also great on pasta with freshly ground pepper and fresh Parmesan shavings.
Sometimes the simplest things are the best!

Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, honey, mustard, herbs, sea salt, pepper.
