Here’s a great little recipe for our Red Onion Marmalade Relish.
Line some individual tart tins with shortcrust
pastry. Then fill each one with a teaspoon of our Red Onion Marmalade Relish, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and cook in a moderate oven for ten to fifteen minutes. These tasty tartlettes are perfect with drinks, although make sure you let the onion marmalade cool for ten minutes before serving.
For a simple lunch try our Red Onion Marmalade
Relish with houmous and a sliced tomato.

This aromatic, sweet preserve has been revived from an old recipe and is now a firm favourite. It’s incredibly time-consuming to make but we think it’s worth it as it makes an excellent and sophisticated accompaniment to cold meat, paté and cheese.
It’s one to relish!

Red onion, cane sugar,
cider vinegar, sea salt,
cloves, dill seed.
