Heres a great little recipe for our
Red Onion Marmalade Relish.
Line
some individual tart tins with shortcrust
pastry. Then fill each one with a teaspoon of our Red
Onion Marmalade Relish, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan
and cook in a moderate oven for ten to fifteen minutes.
These tasty tartlettes are perfect with drinks, although
make sure you let the onion marmalade cool for ten minutes
before serving.

Relish with houmous and a sliced tomato.
A mouthwatering combination.
This aromatic, sweet preserve has been revived from an old recipe
and is now a firm favourite. Its incredibly time-consuming
to make but we think its worth it as it makes an excellent
and sophisticated accompaniment to cold meat, paté and cheese.
Its one to relish!
